Our "Travel Oracle" website is an invaluable online reference tool that allows you and your employees to access a wealth of information about countries they will be visiting or working in.
The information is regularly updated, including daily health and security risk alerts. They can log on whenever they need specific information or advice regarding a particular destination. In short, it is a great travel resource at their fingertips and yours.
The website can also be branded as your own and provided to employees via your intranet site or through the Healix site.

- Alerts – general and medical risk alerts updated daily
- Health – general health information, recent disease outbreaks, hospital database
- Country Risk – background and assessment
- Media – general information on local media
- Risk Rating Watch – low, moderate, high and extreme risk ratings for risk to personnel and risk of needing to evacuate
- Travel tips – from trip planning to hostage/hijack survival!
- Immunisation Manager – maintains a personal record of inoculations and will advise what vaccinations are required, including where planning to travel across several countries
- Emergency documents – facility to scan and store documents such as passports, visas, prescriptions, medical reports, x-rays etc. so that copies can be accessed from anywhere in the world
- Personal medical records – facility to complete individual medical records, again so that information can be accessed from anywhere in the world
- Meeting Planner tool to help plan teleconference calls across several time zones. (Type in all locations and appropriate daytime windows will be displayed, showing the time in each location. This helps avoid calls in the middle of the night for some)
- Weather and local time for each country
- Currency converter and other useful converters.
